Back in the 80 surely the 90s I used to win lots of tournament and fill many stringers with a mylar minnow immitation weighted jig, I beleive it was called a mylar minnow. It came in diffrent colors and had a red head where it attached to the hook it was flat and thin ran parallel to the bottom and top. Im bad with hook size but the two sized I had were perfect for white bass, crappie, bluegill, trout, small mouth, and especialy walleye. They were killer and I had ordered or picked up so many that I did not need for years and then I was burnt in a fire and could not fish for a number of years. Well Im back and the lure is not where to be found. I have about 10 left and caught 4 walleye on one just this last week. I was the only one to limit out tiped with half a crawler and fronted by my second problem. I have these slide on light weight rattles that do a fine job of adding just a bit of weight and lots of noise bouncing on the rocks and such but those too I cannot seem to find three days of hunting on the web and a bunch of calls to my old outdoor writer buddies and nothing nada what the blases did i imagin no I have a few in my possesion. Maybe aliens made them for me and then went back to zenon or something. There are other things Im missing but the only other one that matters is a weight that a friend that has now passed away gave me when we were fishing last year. I think it was called a weight stick or fintech rattle stick something like that only had two of them and they worked great they could be quick changed for weight they ratteled and the ones I had were light to medium which is great for the slow mo fishing I do for walleye in this clear weedless lake here. I think they went down to 1/16 mabe 1/32 because it was as much the sound as the weight they were set up on a slip and run deal with quick interchangeable . My son said he just saw something simmilar on In fisherman walleye fishing show but after 2 hrs of searching him and I we cannot find anything on their web site. You would think they would have a Tackle featured kinda thing??? But that would make life too eazy. If anyone can offer any clues I would be very gratefull thank you The Midnite Tacker
