New hosting for the forums!

The forums will be moving to a new server, still shared hosting, but a new server. This will be happening in the next few weeks. I am only going to work on the site at night, so it may or may not happen all at once! Just giving a heads up to the users of the site!

I am going to try and upgrade the software before the move to make it smoother. So if you see the site is down, don't worry, it will be back!
