My New PB LM Bass : CPR 'ed 6/11/07 - Fishing Forum | Fishing Tackle | Fishing Gear

Went out to a friends pond today in Susquehanna County ... and look what I just CPR'ed ....

Tale of the Tape :

Length : 21 inches (measured by my friend ... but no pic ... I forgot to bring the camera in the garage ... and I wanted to release the fish asap , as the house is a ways from the pond ...)

Weight : ???? didnt bring my scale but this fish is HUGE !!!! It was all I could do to hold it for the picture ... It had to be over 6 lbs ....

Weather : Sunny , 64 degrees .... slight wind
Water : Very Stained ...
caught from bank ... in about 8 FOW ....

That is a really good one. You seem to know a whole lot about bass fishing from reading some other posts you put up. Do you fish in tournaments and stuff? Thanks for the info and knowlege sharing.

Nope never fished a tourney .... would like to but I dont belong to any clubs .... I just fish lots of farm ponds .... I have been Bass fishin since I was knee high to a grasshopper ... and I turn 36 this week ... so thats a lot of fishin .... I read a lot of fishin magazines and watch a few fishin shows ...
most of my knowledge is gained from other fishermen , and trial and error

anytime .... I like to help out fellow fishermen and women

Pa Bassman,

You should fish in the tournaments. You can clearly get the big ones in and have the pics to prove it too. I bet you are at least sponsered. If not you should be. Good luck.

Nothing like doing some bass fishing in the cow pond. That bass looks really healthy... another few years it will be a HOG! Thanks for the report.
