Well I felt up to going fishing about 3 weeks ago went fishing at McSwain (I love that lake) which is fantastic for trout fishing the speed limit there is 10mph the whole lake and so we dont get to many idiots going over that and no jet skis.

Here are a few pics. I had to keep the 2 smaller ones due to bleeding they were at 12 to 13 inches. We lost a bunch at the boat some real nice ones too. Using the normal gear that I use for the area trolling at 1mph or less 5 blade colorado fasher setup bungie and 15 inches of leader with a hook tipped with a night crawler. nailed them hard that day. Funny thing was oehters we pulling out cussing there aint no &&@^#% fish here and I say hmm if there isnt then why do I have all these? just makes em even madder lol. Also got a couple of pics of some wildlife from there that day seems they are all out. I hope you enjoy the pics.

If you look close you can see the doe and her fawn

We dont use down riggers at this lake to many obstructions and it varys fast from 90 feet to 20 feet so we just use pole holders and troll along.

I love this time of day on the lake when its like this.

I bet those fish are good eating, too. I used to fish in Piru and the trout were wonderful. I caught a couple in one of the "city" lakes, man made... they tasted like mud. Blah!

sure looks like it dont it but you can see the shore line if you look close lol. Yea I love them glassy pics like that.
