well my little tourney did go as well as plan, alot of people backed out and some couldnt find the place in time, sorry guys, i'll pick somewhere more easier, but i rather do it with people more interested in surf fishing and not just putting their name on the list, but its all good, still had a good time, this time i took my wifes lil cousin with us today, hes been begging to go fishing and i thought today would be good for him, he just turn 16 recently so this is my bday gift to him, putting him on some fish, he learned fast on how to bait his hook and cast at the right time and current, he has only fished the cattle boats with his step dad so this was new to him, for his first surf fish it was a beast!!! what patience it took for him to bring in a 19 incher, shy of 20 and a fat one!!! i never knew beans can jump out of the water, it did a few times when it was first hooked, sucker was taking line, fighting like hell, it was just fun too watch, we had to coach him through it but he did just fine, we were just going nuts over his catch, he'll be hooked into fishing for sure,..well i got to cut this short guys cause the wife and I are gonna drink some brews at her cuz house, i just wanted to put up the report for you peeps, hope you all had a good sunday, August sure does bring in some beasts! peace,..
so sorry to Sea Murda and Adriel for coming down all the way from pomona and moreno valley for the tourney, im real sorry dude but whatcha gonna do when a bunch of no nuts flakes sign up and dont go?!
