THis is a area called Fox Grove. It has put out some really nice fish over the years but this year I havnt been out a whole lot due to health and other commitments. I wont put my ranger in here at all its just to big and I get around 1.5 miles up river I would never get it through due to shallow water. So the wife and I bought a puddle jumper that is older then the hills but in decent shape the motor is a 25 hp jonhson that has been rebuilt all new eletronics and runs great the boat is a terry bass from delhi LA 15 foot perfect for small bass waters and for trolling for trout at McSwain.

Oh yea I have caught a lot of LM and smallies there crappie. One day we were eating lunch and the wife tossed out a bait rid for cats just playing while we ate and she hooked into a 8 pound channel. Its a fun spot what I like it dont cost a dime to launch a boat there or for day use.
