hello everyone i am in brooklyn ny and am looking to take trip to upstate new york for some carp fishing but i dont know when is the official starting season for carp can someone help please

Im not sure, but there may not be a season for carp. Dont go by me, but carp are seen as a "trash" fish by most people, so im not sure. I personally love carp.

DOnt knwo for sure around your area but like was posted I dont think there is a season there for em either I know we dont have a season and they are a pita here in our fisheries. Cause more damage then good in some of our waters here. They do put up a good fight as far as eating one no thanks I will pass.
