All the ice melted?

There must be ice fishermen still out there freezing, and fishing or has all the ice melted? This kind of fishing intrigues me as i just would'nt feel safe, no matter how thick i was told the ice was, i would still be pretty apprehensive. A good friend of mine who is a member on this site did send me some photos of their set up on a frozen lake fishing in a tent with a stove and stuff. Maybe its because our lakes here only barely get a covering of ice in the winter, and there are some pretty horrific accidents with kids involved in thicker but weaker ice on other lakes here. I would love to see some more photos of ice fishing and fish of course and equipment etc.

LOL ok in all seriousnes now I did go one time when I was back in Illinois and it was fun I thought it would of been colder then it was. I couldnt give you any real answers as to what is involved etc as I done it once and am a newbie on it. But I will say you dont need a ice chest for keeping the sodas and beer cold lol.
