Default Went fishing... Pics!

I went fishing about a week ago, I posted this on my blog too.

I will describe to you where I fish, you are sitting on a handmade wooden platform, on a peaceful calm river, you can see a group of kangaroos eating near you, and you can hear the sound of kookaburras in the distance, the river is gently lapping at the sides of the platform making the sound even more peaceful…

It is an amazing place called Donovans Landing, and I have some pics:

A Kangaroo we spotted hopping along side of our car…

The paddocks in the wind!

A 26cm Bream we caught.

It’s great that they are keeping such a beautiful place beautiful, but thats a bit harsh…

Two Kangaroos (one in mid air over the fence)

The Landing.

I go out there about every fortnight, they are usually biting morning, and evening.

Two days ago I went down there and it was a frenzy, we barely caught anything, but we could here them going nuts, fish splashing around everywhere, hundreds of them, I think there was a big Mulloway gorging itself on them

Great pics especially of the 2 kangaroos.

That is one serious littering fine. I'd like to see fines like that near our waters.
