Samson Fish
After weeks of searching I finally found a good charter boat service (because I don't have a boat)
It is at Kangaroo Island about a 6 hour drive and a trip on a ferry away from me. I was searching for them and found this video... Great looking fish: YouTube - FISHING: CATCHING A MASSIVE SAMSON FISH, KANGAROO Is. S.A.
