Default Let me be the first to say hi!

Looks like there is no love going on in the Northwest, so let me be the first to throw some out there!

N.E. Washington here. Fishing is great so far this year. Creeks open this week so I'm going to get me some Native cutthroats.

Drunken Thomas and I went out yesterday and had a lovely morning of fishing. Did some catch and release on a bunch of Rainbows at one of the local little lakes. Did manage to set one of my treble hooks into the webbing between my thumb and first finger though. That stung when I pulled it out!
Should have video of it all up pretty soon.

Nope, never fished down there. I am originally from North Idaho, so I am still making the rounds over this way.

As for the hook.... It is very surreal to realize you are going to have just to plain pull the hook out barb and all. Luckily it wasn't real big.
