Suggestions...
I have a few suggestions to make the site a bit easier to navigate...
It would be good to get Boating Discussion and Tackle Talk sections. And maybe compact all of the regions into "General Fishing" and have the different places as sub-forums... I just find it really hard to find things... Hopefully it helps...

I have also been getting a lot of Database errors...
You should reinstall phpBB.
