I have taken some pics with my new digital camera without setting the resolution to a forum friendly size first

...Usually I take the photos of fish and scenery etc. with my trusty camera phone. I now have all these pics on my hard drive in My Pictures Folder and they are huge!

See example:

Your file of 983.3 KB bytes exceeds the forum's limit!!!

I need to resize these to around 90 kb(I think), per pic in order to post. I think thats like 2% smaller than they are now.

Help!

Just go into paint and you can resize them in there. Where are you trying to upload the files to? There are different size limits for different areas of the site, you need to be a little more specific! THanks!

Well, I tried to upload a pic just as an example in this thread LTJ, but it was way too big. Thank you both for helping out. I am truly a challenged individual at times.
