I got a message that my password was 90 days old and I had to change it.. whats up with that?

I was surprised I remembered it at all! LOL

so this means, we have to change it every 90 days?

OK thats fine!! I figured it was a test to see who can remember what password they used.... not good to try and catch an old lady off guard! ROFL!
