Default Isn't it strange when you have a hunch about gender when naming fish...?

and then find out it's true?3 of my friends named my fishBronze cory catfish - PoppyAlbino cory catfish - GladosPeppered cory catfish - FroggerObviously Poppy and Glados were hopefully gonna turn out female, and frogger is a little interchangable, but it turns out Poppy and Glados are girlies and Frogger is a big boy Just made my day is all Now, considering I have 2 females and 1 male, if I was to get another, what gender would you recommend? Another male?

Don't just guess which it is. Put it in a tank with a few fish, and see if any mate. Then you'll know for sure.PS a whale's thing can only be seen when it has sex or is dead. It's like 25 feet long.

I tried to use gender neutral names but the few that I did go with a gender did turn out to be right! You should get another male I think... symmetry is always pretty good. Can your little fishes have babies? Cause that would be kinda nifty.

I'd personally get another male. Simply for mating reasons. Unless your fish are polygamists.Your male's a pimp!(Not to offend the human polygamists.)
