Here is the question:The numbers of bass and pike in a lake are estimated to be in the ratio of 5:3. There are approximately 500 fish in the lake. How many bass are there? How many pike are there?Any help would be greatly appreciated. It would be nice if you tell me how to solve the question too. Thanks sooo much

5x + 3x = 5008x = 500x = 62.5 (But since there can't be 1/2 fish, it should be rounded)Bass = 5x = 312Pike = 3x = 188
