Went out yesterday morning for a few hours to do some combination carp and bass fishing. Caught this fatty while waiting for the carp to start to feed (they never did).

We chummed with field corn (boiled into a bait mix - about 5 gallons) and use sweet corn for bait. No PVA bags this time becuase we were both to lazy.
Born always works great - sweet corn for bait and chum with hard corn. |

I use to catch them when I was kid using bread or homemade doughballs which included Jello powder and anise. There was deli that gave us 75 cents a pound for them so when ever we were jonesing for cash we'd go carp fishing.
