We went to a local trout stream and found a few in the eating mood. Bait of choice was the Rappala countdown - color did not seem to matter.

That spot is my evening spot. Try that exact same spot where you are standing the last hour of light in spring or summer and you should have a great evening.

Good deal I havnt even got my license yet this year or been out. Been busy with some family issues around here.
