I am heading out in a little while to chase some wild brown trout around. If the rain stays away we should do OK

sweet dude i always wanted to trout fish. i caught one when i was little on a nightcrawler dut that was a long time ago. good luck man

The Trout were a little finicky and very spooky - the water was super clear and much lower the I expected. I spotted loads of trout, but they all spotted me 1st. I managed to hook a real nice Brown after crawling on my hands and knees in the mud and flipping my bait out from behind a tree. NO JOKE!

Tried another area for holdover stocked trout and nailed another one under a waterfall.

Tough day but the weather was nice at least
