Default If You Could

Fish anywhere in the US where would you fish? What are you top spots and why?

For me - I love offshore fishing in the North Atlantic - tough fishing but the thrill of catching in a very competitive place gives me goosebumps everytime

Number one would probably be south for BIG Tuna (like my avatar). I don't know if that counts... we leave from San Diego but we're really fishing in Mexico.

Otherwise, San Clemente Island, for yellowtail and White seabass! If those boys don't want to play, you can almost always find some calico bass that will play, or go into deep water for some tasty rock fish! You can almost ALWAYS find something to pull on out there...!

I really like fishing Lake Michigan for Salmon, trout and perch. The panfish and bass in the harbor are big too. Solid 8" gills and my biggest bass, 5lbs, came from a Lake Michigan harbor.
