What Kind of Rod setup is needed for these New Large Swimbaits (you know the expensive ones ) ?
If a Lure Costs $50 + ( I just seen a new one thats coming out that costs $80) what kind of setup is needed for these large baits ? I dont have any , but im curious ? Would I buy one , probaly not ... would I like to use one if I had the chance , yes i would .... but I cant see spending $50 + on 1 lure ..... mike |

- Okuma Big Bait Special 7’11” X-Heavy Rod - 25lb Moss Green Berkley Big Game Line - Shimano Calcutta Conquest 400 TE Reel - Huds, Rago Baby Tools, BBZ’s, 9” Ospreys & 8” Bass Harrassers - Okuma Big Bait Special 7’11” Heavy Rod - 25lb Moss Green Berkley Big Game Line - Shimano Calcutta 400 TE Reel - MS Slammers, Mission Fish, Raptors, Basstrix, Castaic Platinums, & 7-8” Ospreys - Daiwa Heartland Special 7’9” X-Heavy Rod - 20lb Moss Green Berkley Big Game Line - Shimano Calcutta 300 TE Reel - Bettencourt Trout, Rago rats, All Matt Lures baits, & 6” Bass Harrassers Any other questions, just ask. Ive been throwing swimbaits for over 10 years, and have learned quite a bit in that time.
