I was just wondering if anyone had used any baits that have infomercials on late at night. I personaly never have bought any, however i ended up with a set of the helicopter lure, which was endorsed by roland martin, it was givin to me by my uncle who was gettin ready to throw them away, i wish he would have would have saved me some time. Im intrested to here if anyones used the banjo minnow, true motion minnow, bionic minnow, or anything else I havent mentioned.

The Banjo Minnow is the only informercial that actually works, and it works great! I think if they would have took a different route of advertising instead of the classic 30 minute block on TV, they would of sold much more kits.

I would ordinarily be reluctant to say anything on this thread, but the MotoLure by Chuck Woolery has caught fish for me on days when live bait was getting ignored. I know ..I know...a game show host has his own line of baits?...its true, and they really do work very well! Best colors for me have been Smokey Joe, and Bass. It has been a phenomenal topwater lure for me, and I always have one tied on for a finicky topwater bite.

I learned my lesson many moons ago when I was a kid and got mom to order me some gatorbait. The only good thing that came from that was a fair comeback insult, "Oh yea? Well your Mama sucks Gatorbait!"
Nope, no infomercial baits for me. |
