I recently started up a business that produces skeletal fish art. It’s kind of a hybrid between traditional taxidermy and museum preparation. I am looking for some input as to what species are big in this area (salt or fresh water) and what would make a cool skeleton. Well I supose you can only make legal size limit fish... but the snook would be sweet.
