Hit up the LCM before you leave......That will give you a good producing trip before you leave. Glad to hear the yellow's are still hitting.
I was there summer of 06 and they were hitting then, along with every wahoo in the Indian.....
All righty got Rich onboard and have him scheduled for the next weekend trip.
Good to know that there's someone that'll post here and keep me jealous once I fly out of here! Man, I'm going to miss fishing here!
Also, the yellow fin are still hitting! Couple of 45lbs +'s brought in this weekend and some decent wahoo.... Unfortunately not on our boat!
What a total disaster we had, lines fouling, lures running crazy, a new deck hand... and worst of all no big fish!
We ended up with two baby wahoo, a stinky barracuda and a little leatherback!!!
With only two more weekends before leaving hopefully next weekend is better!
Temps are starting to head up, southpoint is choppy with those long BIG swells coming in and wind direction can't make up it's mind!
Rich time for you to take over posting here!
Keep 'em tight!

Alcon,
I am alive and kicking on DG. Looking forward to the trip this weekend. Dean and I will doing a terminal party this friday to get all my virgin gear ready for the trip. Bottle of merlot, terminal gear and open mind will get the job done. Thanks again. Great site !
Till we drink to the foam

Well,
Got Rich hooked up and hooked! Sat's trip resulted in about 350lbs of tuna and wahoo. Five of the YF were all above 50lbs and the largest in the 70lbs range. One wahoo in the 25lbs range and a good time had by all. Will post pics as soon as I get them from the rest of the crew (I forgot my camera for once).
Keep 'em tight!
Dean
What a first weekend. Glad he had a good time, now get some pics posted asap!
