SNOOK! Awesome fish to eat but, i personally would never deep fry that good of a fish.Simply filet it out, fire up the grill, take some aluminum foil and place filets on it, along with some onions and lightly cajun seasoning maybe a few fresh pieces of garlic, mmmmmm, then brush on some melted butter (lots)lol,d@#$ i'm making myself hungry, wrap all up in the foil and place on the grill light to moderate heat, about 10-15 minutes each side, that is by far the best way to eat a snook right next the grits and tomato gravy, but as rosemary said her way is awesome too! I prefer her way with reds and mackerel.got to go fishing now!!
